Five agents. Zero busywork.
Purpose-built AI agents that classify, score, and draft on top of your GTM data, each with its own guardrails and audit trail. No black box: every agent shows its reasoning and hands you a draft, not a decision it made without you.
Every agent logs its work · Human review on outbound-facing drafts · No extra setupMost "AI agents" want to act before you've read anything.
A general-purpose AI assistant that quietly emails your prospects, updates your CRM, and makes judgment calls in the background sounds efficient, until it says the wrong thing to the wrong account and nobody can explain why.
Outmate takes a narrower approach: instead of one assistant that does everything, five purpose-built agents that each do one job well, classify a reply, infer a role, score a risk, keep a battlecard current, surface a usage signal, and show their reasoning every time.
Five agents. Five jobs.
Status reflects what's true today, not a roadmap.
Outmate
READS YOUR DATA. REASONS WITH GUARDRAILS. HANDS YOU A DRAFT.
Every agent follows the same three-step contract, whichever job it's built for.
Reads the GTM data already in Outmate.
No separate setup per agent. Each one reads from the pipeline, inbox, signals, or product-usage data you've already connected, nothing new to configure before it can run.
Reasons inside a narrow guardrail.
Each agent is purpose-built for one job, classify a reply, infer a role, score a risk, refresh a battlecard, not a general-purpose assistant improvising across your whole business.
You get a draft, not a decision.
Outbound-facing output, a reply, an email, a next-best-action, is drafted and handed to a person to review, edit, or dismiss. Nothing is sent on an agent's own authority.
Questions, answered.
Do agents take action without me?+
Outbound-facing output, replies, next-best-action emails, is always drafted for a human to review and send. Competitive Battlecard is the exception: it updates an internal reference document directly, since nothing it touches leaves Outmate. Nothing contacts a prospect without you approving it first.
What data do agents use?+
Whatever's already connected to Outmate for that job: pipeline and deal data for Deal Risk Coach and Buying Committee, your inbox for Reply Intelligence, signals and public sources for Competitive Battlecard, product-usage events for Product Signal. There's no separate agent-specific setup beyond the integration itself.
Are all five agents available today?+
Competitive Battlecard runs live today. Buying Committee and Deal Risk Coach run on-demand from an account or deal record. Reply Intelligence and Product Signal aren't live yet, Reply Intelligence is waiting on its data connection and Product Signal is gated behind legal and compliance review. This page reflects current status, not a roadmap promise.
Can I turn an agent off?+
Yes. Every agent can be paused independently, and every run it's made is logged, so you can review exactly what it saw and what it produced before deciding whether to keep it on.
